We are looking for an Administration Manager – Responsabile Amministrativo to join our Finance department. We are looking for a profile with an international backgroung, proactive and flexible.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Ensure the accounting treatment of economic, patrimonial and financial transactions in accordance with current legislation and supervises the preparation of the financial statements;

• Coordinate and supervise the active and passive cycles, treasury and, in coordination with the CFO Italy, agree on the appropriate changes to the accounting systems and procedures adopted to optimize the results and reliability of the work carried out by the other departments;

• Interface with the other bodies, locally and at group level, to obtain all the information within their competence for the preparation of the budget, the forecast and for the final balance of periodic and annual closures;

• Execute, manage and oversee the daily operations of the administrative/finance department including:

month and end-year process - accounts payable/receivable - cash handling and reconciliations - general ledger - treasury, budgeting - cash forecasting - payroll accounting - revenue and expenditure variance analysis - capital assets reconciliations - fixed asset activity - debt activity – inventory.

• Post, monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements;

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles and coordinate and complete annual audits;

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions;

• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions;

• Budget and forecast relatives strategical recommendations;

• Monthly closure - Controlling and Analysis - cash-flow, Trade Receivables and Payables management;

• Point of contact with internal and external stakeholders;

• Follow up trend and analysis of monthly costs for the end of the month closing (accruals and deferrals);

• Assist in any additional assignment as needed to carry out the mission of the school.

Requirements:

• Experience in the role, of at least 4 years, preferably developed in structured and international contexts;

• Diploma in Accounting or Degree in economic/administrative subjects;

• Solid knowledge of accounting processes;

• Good knowledge of cost accounting;

• Excellent knowledge of the Office, especially Excel;

• Predisposition for interpersonal relationships, competence, empathy and excellent team working skills;

• Flexibility, seriousness, confidentiality;

• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;

• Good knowledge of the English language.
