We are looking for a kindergarten teacher who is passionate about early childhood education, someone who approaches their work with enthusiasm and a positive outlook, recognizing the joy and privilege of working with your children to join our existing team at Canadian School Florence.
The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher who is excited to join our world class school and is driven to provide education at an exceptional level.
Key requirements
- Bachelor of Education degree (or equivalent);
- Qualified Teacher Status or international teaching qualification;
- Qualified to teach children of Primary school age;
- Mother tongue English or C2 level;
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience teaching in Early Years;
- Demonstrates creativity and a passion for teaching and a strong work ethic;
- Experience with innovative teaching and learning;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and mediation skills;
- Commitment to the mission and vision of the school, the academic and co-curricular directions;
- Be enthusiastic, energetic, and able to nurture unique learning experiences for students;
- Able to thrive in a collaborative, flexible and supportive team environment.
- The ability to share outstanding practice;
- The ability to develop inclusive classroom practice across the school.

- Independent/International school and coaching/extracurricular experience are all assets.
